A third new tenant has taken office space at recently refurbished Hanover House in Bristol city centre.
The fifth floor of the building, totalling 2,753 sq ft, has been let for five years with a three year break to Nordic Semiconductor, a Norwegian fabless semiconductor company specializing in wireless communication technology.
Colliers advised the landlord as sole leasing agent on Hanover House, and Savills advised Nordic Semiconductor.
The deal follows the recent letting of the second floor of the six-storey building on Charlotte Street to Datamine Software, a leading global supplier of geology and mine planning software, and the letting of the fourth floor to specialist professional services and technology firm Davies Group.
James Preece, director in the National Offices team at Colliers, said the remaining ground, first and third floors of Hanover House were currently attracting interest from a range of companies seeking prime office space in central Bristol.
“With Grade A space in the city centre space continuing to be severely constrained, the recent state-of-the-art refurbishment at Hanover House has made it a target for companies seeking immediately available, quality accommodation,” he said.
“We anticipate that demand will become even more intense as companies seek to attract staff who have been working from home back to the workplace as pandemic restrictions are lifted.”
