DTZ, a UGL company has announced four new appointments to its national rating team based in Cheltenham.
Pearl Keen joins DTZ as a Senior Surveyor from the Valuation Office agency where she was Rating Surveyor in the Worcester office. In her new role she will be providing rating services to clients based across the Midlands and South West region.
Also joining as a Senior Surveyor is Paul Ellis. Paul brings 35 years of rating experience and previously worked for CVS and the Valuation Office agency, serving the Gloucester, Abergavenny, Cheltenham and Gloucestershire offices.
Lizzie Ellis joins the office from Cheltenham Borough Council where she was a Council Tax Officer to take up the position of Business Rates Manager, whilst Jessica Wellfair joins as a Business Rates Administrator from the Bangkok office of financial consultancy Montpelier Ltd.
In addition to the new appointments, Sarah Robson, previously a Senior Surveyor in DTZ’s Birmingham office, has relocated to the Cheltenham office.

DTZ’s rating team provides rating services which include rating appeals, rates reliefs and rates management and rates audits.
