London-based mixed-use developer, Rockwell has announced the promotion of Nicholas Mee to Managing Director UK. Previously Board Director and Head of Land, Nicholas has 15 years’ experience spanning acquisitions, investment, construction and marketing across both residential and commercial sectors.
This announcement comes at an exciting time for Rockwell with significant progress being made across its variety of development sites including Vetro and One South Quay in Canary Wharf, and The Salvation Army Headquarters in Elephant & Castle.
Prior to joining Rockwell, Nicholas held roles within the property team at Lidl UK overseeing estate management, site acquisition, planning and construction; he then joined real estate developer, R55, before an opportunity arose to join the Rockwell team in 2018.
Nicholas has played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Rockwell’s landmark developments, with responsibility for identifying, appraising and negotiating mixed-use development and investment opportunities. He is committed to ensuring each and every project responds to and reflects its location, with design and usage specifically tailored on a site-by-site basis.
