National property consultancy Carter Jonas has strengthened its Oxford Commercial Agency Team with the recruitment of Adrian Chan as a Senior Surveyor based out of its Mayfield House office.
Chan joins from Bidwells with six years of experience, having also worked at Chandler Garvey. He has an established track record in the region, acting for commercial clients on a wide range of instructions across the office, industrial, retail and leisure sectors.
His role with Carter Jonas will see him working on a variety of core occupational and investment instructions for commercial clients across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Identifying dynamic opportunities, Chan will advise Carter Jonas’ client portfolio, including institutional and regional property businesses, on disposals and acquisitions.
