Wales’ largest independent accountancy firm, Bevan Buckland LLP, is planning to launch a new office between Bridgend and Cardiff. The firm has continued to focus upon ambitious and steady growth during these testing times of the ongoing pandemic and it is looking for new office space to expand its team to the East of its current operations.
Alison Vickers, Managing Partner says: “We are delighted to be putting plans into action to expand our footprint into the Bridgend/Cardiff area, so we can offer the highest quality accounting, tax, audit and financial planning services to businesses and individuals across South Wales. We already have well-established teams in Swansea, Carmarthen, Pembroke, Haverfordwest and St David’s and although all businesses in Wales have been impacted by the pandemic, we have been able to proceed with our plans for careful, steady growth across the region to ensure we maintain our leading position as Wales largest independent accounting firm. We serve businesses of all kinds and across all sectors, but we have become the go-to accounting practice for start-ups and some of the region’s leading employers. We have seen many businesses pushing through this difficult period to make the most of some of the opportunities that have sprung from people’s changing work and lifestyle patterns.”
Alison Vickers adds: “With key promotions among our ranks in recent weeks, 15 hires during the last 12 months and a new intake of young graduates and school leavers to our Training Academy, we want to be part of the story of home-grown firms in Wales driving the post-pandemic recovery. The new office location will also allow us to also expand our recruitment of experienced professionals and make sure we can attract the top accounting, tax and audit talent to the Firm across South Wales.”
