On behalf of a private investor, London Clancy Property Consultants has let Units 3 & 4, Ashridge Business Park, Forge Road, Kingsley, Bordon in Hampshire to Ceratech Accuratus.
The manufacturer of input devices and peripherals has taken two adjoining new-build office and industrial hybrid properties on two new leases.
Jim London, of London Clancy, said: “The newly built Business Units are of a high standard and were designed by Architects Macallan Penfold, based in Alton. Unit 3 is approximately 1,729 sq ft (160.6 sq m) and Unit 4 is around 928 sq ft (86.17 sq m) and the quoting rents were £12.50 per sq ft.”
