Following a change of ownership and recent investment, a business park in Chippenham has welcomed its first new occupier and is now looking for more companies to join the community.
Cornbrash Park, at Bumpers Farm, on the western fringes of the town centre adjacent to the A350, has recently undergone an upgrade by owners Craigard, commencing with the refurbishment of Unit 4A/4B, a self-contained 3 storey office at the heart of the development.
Following completion of the works, new occupier Oakhouse Foods, part of the global Kerry Group, took a lease of the whole of unit 4A/4B, comprising a total area of 4,150 sq ft.
Property advisers Avison Young and Whitmarsh Lockhart are appointed to market the properties on behalf of Craigard.
