The industrial team at DTZ, a UGL company, has been appointed at Parkside Industrial Estate in Leeds.
Owned by CBRE Global Investors, Parkside Industrial Estate provides approximately 75,000 sq ft of high quality warehouse / industrial units ranging from 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft.
The scheme is strategically located just over one mile from Junction 5 of the M621 motorway and approximately three miles to the south of Leeds city centre.
