P-THREE, the real estate consultancy that partners with innovative investors, developers and occupiers, has appointed Kate Sadler as a Director. Kate joins to grow P-THREE’s best-in-class service for its restaurant and leisure clients across the business.
Kate has joined P-THREE from CWM, where she held the position of partner. Prior to that, Kate spent ten years at Cushman & Wakefield. Kate’s experience is extensive, having advised on some of London’s best known mixed-use assets, such as Battersea Power Station, the Shaftesbury Estate, the Howard De Walden Estate, Borough Yards, Waterloo.London and Leak Street Arches.
Kate is a key strategic hire for P-THREE as the company continues to expand its roster of clients in the UK and Europe. The business has quickly become a leading ‘consultancy-first’ business, having been founded in 2019 by Justin Taylor, Thomas Rose and Hannah McNamara, all formerly of Cushman & Wakefield. P-THREE provides a full consultancy and agency service for clients across place purpose, leasing strategy and the leasing process itself.

P-THREE’s current mandates in the F&B sector include advisory roles on the redevelopment of the former House of Fraser at 318 Oxford Street, Bankside Yards in Southwark, One Tower Bridge Estate, Tower42 in the City of London. P-THREE also has several high profile occupier representation instructions, such as Third Space, Puttshack, Rosa’s Thai and DF/Tacos. These complement P-THREE’s instructions on destinations such as St James Quarter in Edinburgh, which opens next month, Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, and South Kensington Station Estate.
