London & County have completed 4 lettings at Unity (Building A), Watchmoor Park in Camberley in as many months since the start of the year.
Two new tenants have committed to taking space within the building. Hanes Brands are moving from Woking to 3,627 sq ft on half of the first floor whilst Data Techniques are taking 3,517 sq ft on the ground floor .
Britax Childcare Group are relocating to the other ground floor suite (3,517 sq ft) with Alliance One moving from the ground floor to a new suite of 2,100 sq ft on the first floor.
This leaves one last remaining suite of 1,700 sq ft at a quoting rent of £22.50 psf .
