A new welding business specialising in the manufacture of chassis for electric vehicles and rides in the catering and funfair industries is relocating to larger premises at Charfield near Wootton Under Edge, in a deal negotiated by award-winning property consultants Alder King.
MAD Welding and Fabrication has taken Unit C1 Charfield Mills on a new five year lease at a rent of £15,000 per annum. The business was set up in May 2012 by local entrepreneur Danny Rush.
The 5,832 sq ft (542 sq m) property provides the business with clear warehouse accommodation with a mezzanine and ground floor office space. A forecourt provides parking and loading facilities while access is via a 20 x 17.6 ft (6 x 5.4 m) roller shutter door.
Alder King’s Gloucester office, acting on behalf of Brymain Investments Ltd, negotiated the deal.
