Commercial cleaning company Fresh & Clean Services, have purchased Unit 12 Campbell Court to accommodate their ongoing expansion. A family run business, established in 1981 the purchaser provides commercial cleaning services to an area broadly encompassing Basingstoke, Reading and Wokingham and has continued to expand, and as a result needed new premises in addition to their existing Cufaude Lane building.

Andrew Newman of commercial agents Hollis Hockley, acting for the vendors said “Our client, a private investor, was faced with a vacant building when the previous tenant relocated, and was delighted to be able to agree terms with Fresh and Clean services. The transaction, which completed in approximately 6 weeks, was very straight forward and I have no doubt that Fresh and Clean Services will find the property to be an excellent base from which to expand their business”.
The property, was competitively priced with an asking price of £175,000 for the long leasehold interest.
