National Chartered Surveyors Bruton Knowles has made an important senior appointment, as part of its wider strategy to grow and enhance its existing client services within its National Valuation Team.
With nearly 10 years’ experience within the property industry, Tanya Atkinson will join Bruton Knowles as a Core Valuer. Providing Red Book Valuation advice predominantly for loan security valuation purposes, across both commercial and residential properties, Tanya’s role will be instrumental in supporting the team at a time of continued growth.
Bruton Knowles’ recent growth and expansion was one of the key factors which attracted Tanya to the role. She comments: “Bruton Knowles is a well-established property consultancy with a strong history behind them. They’re dynamic and respected in the industry, working with some very high profile clients.

The leading property consultancy launched its National Valuation Team in 2020, to reflect the growing demand from clients to deliver secured loan RICS Red Book valuations across an ever increasing geographical area demand, delivering to a range of national banks, building societies and specialist lenders.

Tanya will be based in Gloucester and focus on clients in the South West, working remotely whilst travelling across the region to visit client’s properties.
