DTZ, a UGL company has been appointed as joint agent for the high profile office scheme, Langley Point in Birmingham together with GBR Phoenix Beard.
The agents are acting on behalf of Joint Developers, Folkes Holdings Ltd, Corum and Trigram Properties in marketing the Central Birmingham scheme.
