Flude Property Consultants (FPC) are delighted to announce a string of promotions within the business.
Mikael Goldsmith and George Cook have both been promoted from Surveyor to Senior Surveyor, which follows strong performances during what has been a challenging 12 months.
Mikael has over six years of experience in the property sector and is based in the firm’s Chichester office. Day to day, he mainly focuses on industrial and warehouse sector and as part of the new role will be looking to develop this side of the business further, together with the Chichester office.
Mark Minchell, director and head of FPC’s Chichester office, commented ‘since joining us in 2018 Mikael’s enthusiasm, endeavour and hard work has made him a valued member of our agency team in Chichester and the firm as a whole. We are delighted to promote him to Senior Surveyor, which is fully deserved’.
George’s main focus is on disposals of retail and business space, along with some investments, developments and acquisitions along the South Coast. He is based in the firm’s Portsmouth office and his new role will involve supporting further growth within the Hampshire commercial property market.
FPC have also expanded their agency team in Portsmouth and Chichester by promoting Lizzie Cottrell to Assistant Surveyor who will be working closely with Sebastian Martin. Lizzie has been an integral part of the team since joining the business two years ago and came with lots of experience having worked for nine years in the residential property sector.
Sebastian Martin, director and head of FPC’s Portsmouth office, commented ‘although it has been a challenging year for everyone we have been extremely busy across all of our offices and all three promotions are recognition of the positive input from our staff”.
