Affordable nationwide gym brand The Gym Group has signed a 10 year lease at White City Retail Park.
The Gym Group will take the 10,355 sq. ft unit 5, which occupies a corner plot between SCS and Bensons Beds.
James Maule-Finch, senior asset manager for The Derwent Group, which owns White City Retail Park said: “Securing The Gym Group will see unit 5 given purpose for the first time and bring a strong lifestyle offering to the park’s largely home and food orientated tenant mix.”
The Gym Group is expected to open in July 2021 following a full fit-out.

White City Retail Park’s tenants include Dreams, Currys PC World, Halfords, Wren and Furniture Village as well as M&S Food Hall, Iceland Warehouse, Nandos and Costa.
White City Retail Park is owned by The Derwent Group, which is part of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation and operates in the retail, leisure, industrial and commercial sectors.
The group’s retail portfolio extends to 1.74m sq. ft across nine retail parks in the north of England. Through The Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation, The Derwent Group generates grants to charitable causes in excess of £10 million per annum.
