In another sign of business confidence the regional accountancy firm Langdowns DFK have purchased their headquarters office at Fleming Court, Leigh Road, Eastleigh.
Graeme Lovell, tax Director at Langdowns DFK says “We are delighted to have made the acquisition of Fleming Court, which we have long occupied as the Head Office of our chartered accountancy practice. It has great parking and is ideally located, close enough to the business hub in central Southampton, but with significantly better transport links than are available nearer the city. We have major refurbishment plans, and look forward to welcoming clients and contacts alike, for many years to come.”
Commercial property agents Keygrove Chartered Surveyors advised the private client vendor and Maughan Mitchell advised the purchaser.
Richard Nevines MRICS, Keygrove Director tells us “Fleming Court is a landmark listed building at the gateway to Eastleigh adjacent junction 13 of the M3. It comprises 11,350 square feet within a courtyard building with excellent car parking on a one acre site. This long leasehold was marketed at an asking price of £1.6m.”
Chris Mitchell MRICS, Director at Maughan Mitchell commented ”Fleming Court offers a mix of open plan and small suite accommodation that is perfect for my clients accountancy business and also their provision of serviced offices for start-up and SME businesses.”
