Property litigation specialist Angela Gregson has joined the London office of Royds Withy King.
Angela has been appointed as a Partner in the Property Disputes team. She is a Solicitor-Advocate with extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential property litigation work.
She has specialised in property litigation throughout her career. She acts for substantial property developers and owners, as well as for private clients.
Angela’s main focus is on neighbourly matters and development disputes; she has a particular focus on rights of light, party wall, boundaries and related matters.
Whilst part of her remit as a Solicitor-Advocate is to advise on court proceedings, she is also highly experienced in resolving disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation.
Angela, who is a member of the Property Litigation Association, said: “I enjoy the challenge of complicated property disputes and achieving my clients’ objectives through litigation.
“It’s a brilliant time to be joining Royds Withy King, with plenty in store as part of our firm’s plans for the new financial year.”
Royds Withy King Property Disputes Partner Caroline Preist said: “Angela is a seasoned property litigator with experience in many areas, including rights of light, party walls, boundaries, restrictive covenants and rights of way. She is an excellent addition to our team.”
Angela’s arrival brings the number of new Partner hires at Royds Withy King to nine in the past year.
