Mansfield’s largest independent waste management company ICS has purchased new premises in a deal completed by heb chartered surveyors.
Will Torr of heb and acting on behalf of joint LPA Fixed Charge Receivers, swiftly located the purchaser and negotiated the sale of the site at 42 Sheepbridge Lane in Mansfield.
Will said: “The property received a large amount of interest due to its prominent location along with its excellent hard standing yard area. Following a meeting and initial discussions with Paul Glover, the director of ICS Waste Management, I soon established that the property presented an ideal expansion location for his business.”
Following the continued success and growth of the business, the local purchaser ICS Waste Management has taken the opportunity to expand their operations with the acquisition of Sheepbridge Lane.
42 Sheepbridge Lane consists of a prominently located 3,454 sq ft industrial unit with integral offices located on a secure and gated yard extending to approximately 1 acre.
ICS Waste Management is conveniently based near to Sheepbridge Lane. Paul Glover, director of ICS Waste Management, said: “We are delighted to be moving into these premises. It reaffirms our local and regional position, as one of the market leaders in waste management and recycling services.
