DTZ, a UGL company, acting on behalf of Mountcity Group, has successfully completed the sale of industrial premises comprising 65,000 sq ft on Fallbank Industrial Estate in Dodworth, Barnsley, to local company KDA Wholesale.
KDA Wholesale has upsized from their existing premises in Barnsley of circa 20,000 sq ft which will enable the business to grow significantly and create additional employment opportunities.
The property provides a refurbished industrial / warehouse facility with land for future expansion and is located just off Junction 36 of the M1 Motorway.
