After short period of marketing and a rush of initial viewings, Wiggins & Lockett have completed the letting of 21 High Street Shifnal to Autumn Leaf Interiors for private clients.
The shop which has previously be utilised as an Mobile Phone shop and Nail Salon is now going to used as an administrative base and showroom for the Interior specialist who have moved from Telford & Wrekin premises on Stafford Park.
Anthony Wiggins who handled the letting commented, “Autumn Leaf Interiors, moved in quickly after agreeing terms and have immediately started a refurbishment and alteration programme. We wish them all the best in their launch and expansion. Our client here has retained us to manage the ongoing rent collection and deal with and tenant issues so we will remain in regular touch.”
