CBRE has promoted nine members of its Birmingham team.
Nick Woodward, who heads the commercial property consultancy’s Midlands capital markets team, has been made an executive director. He has been with the firm for 13 years.
James Orr, who heads the Midlands property management team, has been promoted to senior director; his colleague Debbie Green has advanced to business performance assistant.
Four of the promotions are in CBRE’s building consultancy business line. Rob Green has climbed to director; Guy Travis has made associate director and Kevin Armstrong and Veenam Korpal are now senior surveyors.
Office agent Liz Bailey and rating expert John Roovers are both now directors, following the round of promotions.
Martin Guest, managing director of the Birmingham office, said: “In what has been a challenging year, our people have gone above and beyond to provide a stellar service to our clients.
“Our investment team, led by Nick Woodward, advised on the two biggest office investment deals in the city – the sale of 55 Colmore Row and 1 Colmore Square and our rating team enjoyed a record year.
“All nine of those promoted have put in exceptional performances and I am thrilled we have been able to recognise their efforts.”
