Shropshire-based Salop Hire Services have selected Morris Property’s Centurion Park development to re-locate their highly successful scaffold operation.
New tenants, local scaffolding and ground working company, Salop Hire Services Limited, have taken on a unit and large secure compound area at Morris Property’s Centurion Park development, situated only two miles from Shrewsbury town centre.
Martin Howells, Director of Salop Hire Services said: “The location of Centurion Park is ideal for us as we have a large customer base within Shropshire, yet we also need easy access to the motorway network as our work takes us to various sites across the country.
“We also needed space to store products and equipment alongside our offices and the park offered both together which made it the perfect choice.”
Centurion Park offers secure storage, workshops and industrial warehouse units in refurbished premises, ranging from 1,050 sq ft to 4,155 sq ft. Many of the units also offer 3-phase electricity. Current tenants include a tool and equipment hire company, window and door manufacturers and a ceramics tile firm.
Iain Mills of Towler Shaw Roberts said: “Morris Property offer units on a flexible tenancy basis allowing a fast turnaround time for prospective tenants, which is proving more and more important to many firms in today’s economic climate.
“Coupled with the excellent location, type and variety of units available at Centurion Park, offering adaptable accommodation is proving popular for many local companies. The unit and yard offered Salop Hire Services suitable accommodation, with the tenancy being completed within two weeks of the initial viewing.”
