Savills, on behalf of EPD Insulation Group Ltd, has sub-let 19 Glebe Road in Huntingdon to Imorex Shipping Services Ltd.
The international cargo services provider has agreed to a new seven-year lease for the 20,181 sq ft (1,874 sq m) industrial unit, which benefits from a large gated yard. Imorex has recently secured a new contract with the company requiring additional space to cater for this business expansion.
