On behalf of developer, Ankers and Rawlings, Primmer Olds B.A.S., alongside joint agents Goadsby and Lambert Smith Hampton, have completed the successful sale and lease of all three Phases, comprising units of between 575 sq.ft. to 2,238 sq.ft. at the new Axis 31 development, located at Three Legged Cross, just under 4 miles from the A31.
The development has been built as an extension to the existing Woolsbridge Industrial Estate, partly due to a lack of suitable, up-to-date stock in the East Dorset area.
Each industrial building was built to a high specification, with high eaves, electric up-and-over loading doors and adequate power supply.
Primmer Olds B.A.S. Director of Commercial Agency, Patrick Mattison commented “Despite the occurrence of Coronavirus, Axis 31 has performed extremely well and despite all units within Phases 1 to 3 now sold, demand is still not yet fully absorbed.
We are very excited to now be promoting pre-let and pre-sales to capture requirements from occupiers who want a bespoke design to fit their business needs in order to unlock growth and or create efficiency of operation.”
The further phase within Axis 31 can fulfil requirements within the following criteria:-
- 5,000 sq.ft. to 50,000 sq.ft. of high-quality bespoke industrial / warehouse units
- Options for additional yard/open storage over and above usual provision
- Three-phase electricity plus gas supply.
- +7m eaves
