Trebor and partner, Hillwood, have submitted a detailed planning application for a two unit speculative industrial scheme, located to the east of Northampton town centre, immediately adjacent to the A45 dual carriage way, which links to the M1 at Junction 15. The units of 90,014 sq ft and 57,834 sq ft will be developed as a single phase and available to lease in 2022. The scheme will be known as “Gateway 45”.
