Acting on behalf of Clipstone Industrial Unit Trust, Keningtons have let Unit 2 at the Kembrey Trade Centre to Same Day Trade Frames. The unit of 1,610 sq.ft. has been taken on a new 5 year lease.
Jeremy Sutton, Partner at Keningtons comments “Same Day Trade Frames have taken the unit for their new Swindon depot and is an expansion of their network with existing depots in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol and Bromsgrove”.
Keningtons are marketing the last remaining unit at Kembrey Trade Centre which is Unit 5, another 1,610 sq.ft. unit.
