Success continues for Goadsby on the South Coast with a recent letting to Screwfix at 73-81 Belgrave Road, Southampton.
The prominent trade counter unit in the popular Belgrave Road industrial area extends to 6,354 sq ft. The property, which is managed by Goadsby’s market leading Management Department, has been successfully let by the Hampshire Commercial Team. A new 10 year lease was secured at the quoting rent to Screwfix for a new Southampton trade counter depot.
