Redler, part of Schenck Process UK, a leading supplier of engineering solutions for handling bulk materials, is relocating from Stroud to prestigious office accommodation at Stonehouse Park. The letting, negotiated by the Gloucester office of property consultants Alder King, means the Park is now fully occupied and signals the development of The Waterfront, the fourth phase of development on the fast-growing business location.
Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd is preparing to release land for the development of Phase 4 of its Waterfront office development which would provide offices from 1,820 sq ft (169 sq m). The offices will provide a high quality specification and will be for sale or to let through the sole agents Alder King.
John Hawkins, associate at Alder King’s Gloucester office, says: “Stonehouse Park is a highly successful business location that has already attracted a large number of quality occupiers.
“The development of The Waterfront is an indication of quiet optimism in the property market in the region. It will open up opportunities to other businesses looking for premises within a high quality environment set in an attractive waterside location.”
Redler has taken a 3,225 sq ft (300 sq m) office suite at 102 Stonehouse Park on a new 15 year lease. The new office will provide a satellite facility for commercial staff to extend the range of services that the company can offer to UK and international customers.
