A booming IT business has purchased three units at an established Stratford business park to accommodate its growing workforce.
Enable International Ltd – business software specialists – has secured a total of 6,976 sq ft of office space at The Courtyard in Timothy’s Bridge Road, Stratford-upon-Avon.
Local developers Tim Haslam and Julian Meredith completed on the sale on behalf of Chase Midland PLC.
Andrew Butt, managing director of Enable International Limited, said: “Our move to new premises at The Courtyard really represents where we are as a company right now. Enable is a progressive, modern organisation that is expanding and developing in line with our ambitious company goals and, through our success, we have simply outgrown our current premises.
“In addition, we expect to boost our 25-strong team by a third over the next 12 months and are delighted to have found the perfect base for us to move forward with confidence.”
Launched in 2000, Enable Software provides bespoke web-based software to large companies such as Bupa, Laing O’Rourke, Halfords Auto Centres and Wolseley. The company is due to open its new offices this month.
The Courtyard is located less than two miles from Stratford town centre and only one mile from the A46, which provides direct access to M40 Junction 15 to the east, or Evesham and Cheltenham to the west. Occupiers also benefit from a secure courtyard environment with landscaped gardens, electric gates and CCTV.
This recent sale means there is just one vacant unit left at The Courtyard site. Unit 13, which sits in a prominent position near the entrance to the business park, measures 2,833 sq ft and is already fitted out.
Developer Tim Haslam said: “We are pleased to welcome Enable International Limited – a successful local business that is creating job opportunities in the area – to The Courtyard and hope the company continues to thrive in its new premises.
“The remaining unit represents a rare opportunity to purchase a high quality office building in Stratford-upon-Avon and we hope to attract an owner occupier to this established business location.”
