Turnstone Estates has bolstered its team with the appointed of Natalie Greig as an Associate Director to assist the delivery of Turnstone’s development pipeline.
Natalie has considerable development manager experience, gained on mixed-use and student accommodation schemes across the UK. She has a passion for placemaking and has steered several projects through complex pre-planning issues.
Natalie’s recent work includes: Powis Place, Aberdeen, a £10.5 million student accommodation scheme; a £30.5 million mixed-use regeneration scheme in Colchester; and Sheraton Park in Durham – a £20 million development comprising 418 student beds, a bar, offices, community room and international sculpture park.
Tim Deacon, Director at Turnstone Estates, commented: “I am delighted to welcome Natalie to Turnstone. She has extensive experience in complex mixed-use and urban regeneration projects. Having secured planning permission on three key mixed-use schemes in the last 12 months Natalie’s skills will complement the existing senior management team to help us deliver our development pipeline”.
Natalie joins from the Alumno Group, where she was a Senior Development Manager. She has also previously worked as a Project Manager at London Land Group and Lon World, co-ordinating development projects in central London.
