South Wales law firm, HardingEvans, has recruited a new employment law solicitor to join its specialist team.
David Lewis, originally from Cardiff, has almost a decade’s experience working in the legal sector, and has moved to the firm from a practice in Newcastle where he worked with the civil disputes and employment teams.
In his new role David will be providing advice to both individuals and businesses on all manner of employment issues including drafting contracts and policies, procedural guidance and dealing with both Court and Tribunal claims.
Mr Lewis said: “When I decided to make the move from Newcastle back to South Wales, HardingEvans, with its excellent reputation, was exactly the type of firm I hoped to join.
“Having gained experience in a number of different sectors, I am looking forward to specialising in employment law, rather than splitting my time between this area and commercial law which I have tended to do in the past.”
Joy Phillips, Practice Director added: “We’re thrilled to welcome David to HardingEvans. With his strong legal background I’m sure that he will be a real asset to the firm.
“Our specialist employment team works with some of the largest organisations in Wales and the UK and is renowned for its expertise in the sector. With our employer base continuing to grow, I’m certain that David will face many new and exciting challenges.”
HardingEvans is one of south Wales’ most progressive law firms, offering a full range of legal services to businesses and individuals.
