Brydell Partners, advised by Hanover Green and Savills, has let 68,759 sq ft to Global Banking School Limited (GBS) at Two Greenford Square in Greenford, London. The deal is one of the largest office lettings in west London over the last 12 months.
GBS has signed a 15-year lease for the Atrium and East Wing of the building, formerly the headquarters of GSK.
Richard Zoers of Hanover Green commented: “GBS is a perfect fit for this building as the existing fit-out is well suited for education purposes and includes lecture rooms, seminar rooms and library. The striking central atrium creates a central co-working area and access to an impressive amenity hub.
“This is a boost of confidence for the local property market and there is strong interest in the remaining self-contained West Wing, which comprises 30,000 sq ft.”
Two Greenford Square is a self-contained office and education facility (dual D1 and B1 use) which sits on a six-acre landscaped campus with on-site car parking and excellent transport links into central London.
The building is adjacent to the Ferrero UK HQ and Greenford Quay, a mixed-use canal side neighbourhood, which includes 1,965 new homes, 200,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation and a wealth of amenity and leisure facilities.
