Property consultancy Alder King has won the South West’s Most Active Agent competition for the 20th year in succession. As well as winning the overall title, the firm also came top in the office and industrial sectors.
The annual deals competition is run by leading property publication Estates Gazette which commented: “The only agent to have topped its region’s rankings since records began is Alder King, which finishes top this year for the 20th time. It has maintained its leads in the office and industrial tables.”
The rankings present a comprehensive breakdown of 2020’s full-year transaction volumes across all areas of the UK and across all major use types.

Alder King was involved in many of the region’s largest and most significant transactions last year, acting for landlords and developers as well as occupiers looking to acquire space in a highly competitive market.
These include disposals for St. Modwen in Gloucester and Avonmouth, lettings at Matford Green Trade Park in Exeter for Prego Investments, and acquisitions in Bristol, Keynsham and Gloucestershire for the University of Bristol, the St Monica Trust and Clarkson Evans.
