Commercial property advisers Realest have started 2021 with a bang.
Letting the remaining space (4,406 sq ft) at 11 The Avenue to Incomm, this deal represents further expansion within 11 The Avenue with Incomm having first moved into the property in September last year.
Realest quickly followed up this success with a further two new deals at Mountbatten House.
The Valuation Office Agency have taken 6,253 sq ft and Mott MacDonald 11,853 sq ft respectively.
