Newly established property investment fund Leopard Capital recently completed its fifth UK deal in 2020, purchasing Unit 100, Hartlebury Trading Estate, Kidderminster, for £11,600,000.
Unit 100 is situated on Hartlebury Trading Estate, which extends to over 180 acres and 1.6m sq ft of accommodation. The 181,825 sq ft property is let for 23.25 years at a rent reflecting £3.85 per sq ft, following occupier Wienerberger Limited’s recent lease extension of a further 20 years.
Leopard Capital, founded by Alex Fordyce in 2017, focuses on industrial and distribution assets. The company is carrying out another fund raise to target well-located industrial properties with a focus on the South of England in 2021.
Leopard’s previous acquisitions include a retail and office unit in Basingstoke and three industrial units in Welwyn Garden City, Trowbridge and Redhill.
