An Israeli investment consortium comprising ZC Ronogil Investments Ltd and Novegrod Limited has acquired Estuary House in Speke, Liverpool from the Irish Life Assurance PLC. The property is currently leased to Bank of Scotland PLC a member of the Lloyds TSB Banking Group.
This is the first acquisition by ZC Ronogil Investments Limited in the UK, where it is looking for additional investment opportunities.
The purchase price was £8.2 million, which reflects a net initial yield of 9.5%. Alex Green of WhiteCity Investment Brokerage acted on behalf of the purchaser.
