Networking specialist Introbiz has appointed Paul Smolinski as a director of the company.
Paul who has worked with Introbiz in a consultant capacity since earlier this year, officially became a director of the business in the summer.
Paul is an award-winning area manager with over 20 years of experience in retail management. As part of his role with the company, Paul was instrumental in the establishment of the Introbiz Business Show.
Paul said: “Introbiz has an excellent reputation in the South Wales business world and as part of my new role I am looking forward to helping them build on this as well as breaking into new geographical areas.
“Since I have been involved with Introbiz I have seen first-hand the great work they do, helping people to make the most beneficial business connections. It is this personal touch which really makes members feel like they are part of something special.”

Introbiz was founded in 2009 by Tracey Jenkins and with more than 150 members is one of South Wales’ biggest business networks.
