Flude Property Consultants have announced that all units at the new Eastside Business Park development in Newhaven have been let.
Eastside Business Park offers brand new open plan light industry, workshop and warehouse space. Each unit comes with kitchen, WC and designated yard/parking provisions. The scheme has been constructed in phases commencing in 2017 and all 26 units have now been let.
The developers – Westcott Leach – are a local and well known firm who provide high quality accommodation across the South Coast. The new development is located within an Enterprise Zone.
