Folkes Holdings, advised by Gerald Eve, has let Unit A at Tame Park, Tamworth to Shields Environmental.
The telecommunications company has taken the unit, which provides 25,629 sq ft of warehouse and office space, on a new ten-year lease.
Shields Environmental is an existing occupier within the Folkes Holdings portfolio and is doubling its footprint by relocating to the unit, part of an ongoing expansion to support UK mobile networks.
Folkes Holdings is a long-term family-owned Midlands occupier and investor. Tame Park, which is situated to the south of Tamworth in Staffordshire, close to Junction 10 of the M42 is now fully let.
John Sambrooks, partner at Gerald Eve, said: “Tame Park has long been an in-demand business location, and this letting highlights both its ongoing popularity and the strength of the industrial occupier market in the region. The scheme is now fully let. The letting also underlines how Folkes’ customer-led approach offers occupiers the flexibility to grow and relocate within the same portfolio.”
Shaun Lea, EMEA Director at Shields Environmental, added: “As our business continues to expand, it is great to able to continue our relationship with Folkes and grow within the portfolio. Tame Park is in an ideal position for us, and we look forward to further success in our new location.”
Folkes Holdings was advised by Gerald Eve, while Shields Environmental was unrepresented.
