Redevelopment of the former Crosland Filters site on Glaisdale Drive East, Bilborough has been given the go ahead by Nottingham City Council.
Salloway Property Consultants, acting as joint agents with JLL, are pleased to announce that planning permission has now been granted for the development of two new 20,000 sq.ft. industrial units, which are available individually or could be combined to create a single larger unit of 40,000 sq.ft.
The new units will be built to a high specification with secure yards and occupier parking, bringing new life to the site which has been disused since the former Crosland Filters’ buildings were demolished in 2007.
Hugo Beresford of Salloway Property Consultants said, ”We anticipate a healthy level of occupier demand given the site’s prominence and well-established industrial location. The area benefits from excellent local labour demographics and is well connected to the national road network due to its proximity to Junctions 25 and 26 of the M1 Motorway”.
