Commercial Estates Group (CEG), the Development Manager of 84 Albion Street, Leeds City Centres newest speculative office scheme, has announced the first letting to Metis Law LLP.
84 Albion Street is currently undergoing a comprehensive £1 million refurbishment, due for completion this month, which will ultimately provide 17,225 sq ft of space with accommodation available on a floor by floor basis from 3,445 sq ft.
