One of Shropshire’s leading commercial property developers, Morris Property, is delighted to welcome new tenants Shrewsbury Sixth Form College to their prominent and spacious office suite located on Victoria Quay.
Providing over 400m2 of high quality space and overlooking the River Severn, Victoria Quay first floor offices provide modern and spacious accommodation, ideal for the college’s expansion plans.
Situated above The Armoury pub and restaurant, the office suite has exposed timber roof beams and bare brick walls give the contemporary style offices a heritage feel.
Martin Ward, Principal of Shrewsbury Sixth Form College, said: “Victoria Quay is a fantastic location and the new student support rooms have been very well received by both students and staff. The space allows us to bring all tutorial support for students into one place, and can see up to 1,500 college students use the building every week, so it needed to meet very specific needs.
“We are very pleased with the speed at which the offices were converted for our use, and the strong working relationship we have developed with Morris Property.”
Morris Property successfully completed adaption works to the property within a three week timeframe, following a bespoke specification, in order to provide the college with additional facilities for the start of the new academic year.
Liz Lowe, Head of Estates at Morris Property, said: “We have a long history of working closely with the Sixth Form College and are able to offer a full property service to ensure their occupational needs are met. We are delighted to have brought forward another building suitable for their use.”
