Trebor and partner, Hillwood, have entered into a contract to acquire an 8 acre site, located at Crow Lane, Northampton and propose to speculatively develop two, high quality, industrial units of 90,014 sq ft and 57,834 sq ft. The site is strategically located to the east of Northampton town centre, immediately adjacent to the A45 dual carriage way, which links to the M1 at Junction 15.
Site preparation works have commenced, and a planning application will be submitted shortly. Subject to consent the development will start on site in 2021, for delivery of units in early 2022.
James Drew, Development Director for Trebor, commented: “Another substantial, off-market, deal for Trebor and Hillwood, the site is in an excellent location, within an established industrial area, with direct access to the A45. The scheme will provide two high quality self-contained units both with onsite parking, first floor offices, multiply dock and level doors and 50m yards and will be available on both a leasehold and freehold basis. We look forward to bringing this major new scheme forward”.
Trebor and Hillwood are represented by Knight Frank and Drake Commercial.
