Building consultants at Harris Lamb have completed the latest in a series of refurbishment projects at Minworth Trade and Industrial Park.
Acting for the landlord CBRE Global Investors, the business was instructed to provide a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations due to the upcoming lease expiry of the property’s former tenant, before specifying and overseeing the dilapidations works.
Marcus Andrew, who was responsible for the project, said: “We have overseen a number of refurbishment works at the park over the past 12 months in order to provide high-quality warehousing, and following the vacation of the previous occupier, the landlords were keen to bring this property in line with the standard of other units at the site.
“The six-week programme included the internal strip-out of alterations, decorating, cladding and roof repairs, replacing floor coverings and testing and overhauling all services in the building.
“The £80,000 project was completed within the designated timeframe, and is now being marketed by our Agency team,” he added.
The refurbishment is the latest at the site, further to an extensive £2million refurbishment of five trade counter units, and the park is close to capacity following leases being signed by Dulux and Ceramic Detailing Ltd.
Other occupiers at the park include Screwfix, Magnet Kitchens and ARCO.
Enquiries around the unit should be directed to Neil Slade of Harris Lamb’s Agency team.
