St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics has further strengthened its team of industry professionals with the promotion of James Irwin-Singer, from Development Manager to Senior Development Manager.
James, who is RICS accredited with more than 9 years’ experience in managing real estate portfolios, joined the company in July 2018 and has since been responsible for a number of successful deals including a 196,000 sq ft pre-let to Stovax & Gazco at SkyPark in Exeter and the delivery and letting of three new speculative units at Nunnery Park in Worcester.
Prior to joining St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, James worked for a Midlands-based commercial developer, having qualified with Savills in 2014. In his new role as Senior Development Manager, he will be responsible for delivering commercial developments, creating development agreements and sourcing new opportunities across the UK.
