The Bristol office at Vickery Holman has expanded to take on 2 more surveyors into Valuation and Development.
James Pullin has joined Vickery Holman as General Practice Surveyor, working with clients providing valuations in the retail, industrial, office, healthcare, hospitality and childcare sectors as well as covering the residential property market. ‘I am very excited to join a firm with such a strong presence in the South West. The company structure has a much more personal feel, allowing local control over business development and day to day operations. ‘ commented James. ‘It’s an interesting market. Sectors such as warehousing / logistics and residential development are red hot, while other sectors such as retail and hospitality are facing unprecedented challenges.’
Tim West has joined as Development Surveyor and Registered Valuer, expanding the existing development and land consultancy offering to the Bristol and Exeter teams. ‘There are so many opportunities for Vickery Holman across the South West and I am particularly excited about growing the development business in Bristol and Exeter. In spite of the ongoing restrictions, there is little sign of the market cooling down.’ Commented Tim.
