The Howard de Walden Estate – owner of 92 acres of London’s Marylebone – has appointed the widely experienced investment expert, Karl Sternberg, to its board as a Non-Executive Director.
Karl was a founding partner of institutional asset manager Oxford Investment Partners, and has also served as a non-executive on a number of listed company boards such as Jupiter Fund Management and Monks Investment Trust.
He was appointed to the board in December 2020 to replace Sir Christopher Howes who is stepping down as a non-executive director after 18 years.

Howard de Walden’s medical, residential, office, retail and leisure and educational portfolios encompass the Harley Street Medical Area and also Marylebone Village – one of London’s prime shopping and dining destinations.
