Savills has added to its building & project consultancy team with the appointment of Peter Baird who joins as an associate at the firm’s Cambridge office.
Peter has over 10 years’ experience working in the construction and property industry, delivering project management services across a variety of sectors. He joins Savills from Cambridge based property developer Wrenbridge where his key focus was industrial and logistics and sports projects. Prior to this he also held positions at both Mott MacDonald and Wates Construction.
At Savills Peter will continue to specialise in industrial and logistics, as well as utilising his previous consulting experience to support the ongoing focus on both the education and life science sectors.
