Carter Jonas have recently let Unit 1a Trafalgar House, Galmington Trading Estate in Taunton on behalf of their clients. The industrial unit was available at a quoting rent of £22,000 per annum plus VAT.
The mid-terrace industrial unit had a Gross Internal Area of 258.75 sq m (2,784 sq ft) and was mainly open plan with a kitchen and WC facilities and had recently been refurbished by the landlord with new lighting and had been re-painted.
